I've continued to use this app because I feel like I have no other choice, but since the latest update, it has been blocking the devices randomly when they have not even been used yet for the day. I am at the point of just throwing away the tablets because there are no good apps out there to do what I need it to do and I'm tired of dealing with the stress of this one. 09/28/21: This app worked so much better when it was free. My kids are constantly getting around and disabling it. So don't be surprised when you check your child's device and find several games you didn't allow them to have because they downloaded it themselves."

"It was relatively fine for a few years, although it had limited functionality. Like, if a website isn't allowed, but i want it to be, and it shows up in alerts, why is the only option available there to click on it and go to the website? Should be more options. And website functions lack. But, the app recently had an update, and now nothing is working between this app and the computer. Even tried accessing it from a web browser, still nothing. None of the requests my kid sends get to me."
